I have changed my mind, can I return?
If you have changed your mind and no longer require the item, you are welcome to return to us within 30 days of receipt for a store credit of the value of the purchase. All products returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging so that they are in a resaleable condition. We recommend using a signed for delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items returned that are lost in transit. Return postage is at your own expense. Please include a note of your name and order number and email address in the package, once received and checked a store credit will be issued your email.
Store credits will not be offered if a personalised item has the wrong spelling or picture that has been provided by the customer.
Store credits will be given back to the customer if we at Vinyl Stitches are at fault.
I have ordered an incorrect item, what should I do?
Sometimes mistakes happen and you might have ordered the incorrect item/s, please follow below steps:
Contact us via email at handmadecreations322@gmail.com
Package item/s securely so that goods do not get damaged in transit. Please include a note of your name and order number and email address.
Return the items back to us, (Address will be provided via email) please be aware that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked service. The cost of returning the item to us is as at your own expense.
Once item/s are received back and checked we will issue a store credit so the customer can Re-order the correct items on our website – Please note this is not available for personalised items.
I have received an incorrect item, what should I do ?
We apologise if this does happen as we do everything possible to avoid it but human error can occur. We will do everything in our power to correct the error as soon as we can.
